This Capacity Building Programme aims at establishing Internet Training Centres (ITCs) that will provide two streams of Internet and ICT training programmes to end-users and advanced users in Least Developed and Developing Countries. Through a train-the-trainer approach, the ITU/BDT will provide affordable and relevant training using both face-to-face workshops and e-learning methods. This project will be carried out with the funding by the European Union and the ITU.
