1. Do I need a password to access the Case Library?

   No. When you click on any of the links under the heading "CASE LIBRARY" from the Focus Group 7 home page, you are entering the public section of the web site. All case studies and discussion groups in this section are open to the public. If you receive a message asking for a password or Logon ID it means that there has been an error on the ITU web server. Please return to the home page and try to access the link again. If it still doesn't work, try again at a later time.

2. My computer does not have Microsoft Word 97 and/or Adobe Acrobat installed. Can I still read the case studies?

   Software programs called viewers allow you to read documents even if you don't have the same software installed on your computer. If your computer does not have Microsoft Word 97 or Adobe Acrobat installed on it, you can still read the case studies by downloading the appropriate viewers from the links below.
