On behalf of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), policy makers and regulators are invited to participate in a Webinar on Effective Solutions for Broadband Universalization: Case of Poland, to be conducted on Wednesday, 16th November 2011, 15:00 – 17:00. The presentation will be provided by the Ministry of Infrastructure of Republic of Poland, as an follow-up action to the joint project with BDT on New Legislative Paradigms for Broadband Infrastructure Development.

This webinar is immediate response to the recent request of administrations for regular exchange of information on best practices, leading towards enhanced collaboration amongst the European administrations. In this context the webinar is targeted at policy makers and regulators only, who are interested in development, implementation, regulation and universalization of broadband.
