RODRIGO LARA RESTREPO, Director General, Association of Mobile Industry in Colombia, ASOMOVIL

Lawyer from the Externado University of Colombia, has studied politics at the "Institut d´etudes Politiques of Paris, Sciences Po" of Paris, where he received an Honor mention. He completed a master's degree in public administration in "l´ecole Nationale d´Asministration Publique (ENA)" in Paris and is currently undertaking a specialization in Mining and Petrol Law at the Externado University of Colombia.       
He has worked at the presidential office in Colombia, where he served as an Advisor of the Director of the Presidential Agency for Social Action; has been a director of the presidential programme to combat corruption and was a Senator of the VII Republic Commission.
He is currently the President of Asomovil, the Association of MobileTelephony Industry y in Colombia and the representative of Viscon International for Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Chile.
