Electronic Commerce for Developing Countries (EC-DC) Project.
Objective: Infrastructure Development.
Status
Ongoing project to build B2B e-commerce infrastructure. ITU will assist the Government of Cape Verde in the implementation of a pilot e-commerce Center in Mindelo. Additionally, ITU will assist Cape Verde in the analysis of the legal framework concerning national and international commerce.
Furthermore, the ITU will support this country in the introduction of a secure system for national and international e-transactions.
