invitation letter sent to your Government to
participate in the World Telecommunication
Development Conference (WTDC-10), to be held in
Hyderabad (India) at the Hyderabad International
Convention Centre (HICC) from 24 May to 4 June 2010
at the kind invitation of the Government of India.
I would like
to draw your attention to the need to inform us
as soon as possible, but in any event not later than
24 January 2010, whether your government intend
to participate and, what are its requirements
regarding conference documents by completing and
returning
Annex 3.

details concerning registration, fellowships,
procedure and deadline for the submission of
proposals can be found in
Annex 4.
