Information on countries requiring visas and on visa requirements are available from the official website of Malaysia at http://www.imi.gov.my/eng/perkhidmatan/im_Visa.asp

Enquiries can also be addressed to a Malaysian Embassy or Consulate in countries of residence. If a visa is required, participants are requested to obtain it prior to travelling to Malaysia.

Other documents may be required in certain countries. The host country will take appropriate measures to issue visas and entry permits, where required, free of charge and swiftly.

In exceptional circumstances, arrangements may be made to ensure that visas and entry permits are delivered at relevant points of entry in Malaysia to participants of those countries who do not have a Malaysian embassy or consulate.
