Pre-registration and fellowship requests
will be carried out exclusively online. You will find the
pre-registration and fellowship request form
here.
Pre-registrations should be confirmed
not later than 11.00 (UTC) Thursday, 9 July 2009
except for fellows who need to register not later than
12 June 2009 in order to meet the deadline
submitting their fellowship request of Friday, 19 June 2009.
Fellowships
Requests for fellowships may be obtained within
the budget available on the basis of one participant from a Least
Developed Country and from countries with a GDP per capita less than
2'000 USD with priority to LDCs. To request a fellowship, you must
first register online and click the appropriate box on the form.
Upon acceptance of your registration, you will receive the form to
use to request a fellowship.
You are requested to fill it out, sign it and
have it approved by a duly authorized officer of your administration
who should sign it and stamp it with the official stamp of the
administration.
Once complete, you may either scan it and
e‑mail it to

Only requests that have fulfilled all
