The Arab Internet Safety Portal
(Amanak) is a comprehensive project focusing on online safety in the Arab
region. Stemming from a growing recognition in recent years of the importance of
ensuring the safety of children and young people on the Internet, the ambitious
project aims to create an interactive platform for Arab countries to share
relevant information, best practices, concerns and resources. Amanak offers a
platform for dialogue within the Arab community and will provide a repository of
knowledge and progress in the Internet safety field.

at protecting children online through adopting the ITU GCA measures
(org structure, legal measures, capacity building, technical and
procedural measures and international cooperation) the program
include educating children, teachers and Parents about children
Security Risks and equipping them with tools, knowledge to manage
