Workshop on Telecommunications QoS Regulations Pemba, Mozambique from 3 to 5 September 2012 The Workshop on Telecommunications QoS Regulations will take place in Pemba, Mozambique from 3rd to 5th September 2012. The Workshop will be hosted by the Instituto Nacional das Comunicacões de Moçambique (INCM).

Workshop documents - Invitation letter; - Agenda; - Registration Form; - Practical information, -  Accommodation /List of Hotels INCM will arrange for the accommodation in Pemba to all participants in the following Hotel according to availability of rooms at negotiated rate as follows: 1-                     Pemba Beach Hotel (venue) at USD 130/room/ day 2-                     Apart Hotel  at Mt 3500 ( +/- USD 125)/room/ day  -  Transport INCM will provide the transportation from the airport to Hotels and Hotels to Pemba Beach Hotel (venue)  for those   accommodated in other hotels.
