"IP Networks and related services: Challenges for Africa Regulators"
7-8 June 2006, Yaoundé, Cameroon

As agreed in the Maputo in 2005 the CEOs of African Regulatory bodies, Telecom and other Services Providers, and Policy Makers from Ministries got together in Yaoundé 7-8 June to discuss the challenges of IP Networks and related services to the African Regulators including the Voice over IP (VoIP).

Two background documents have been prepared on the subject matter, and it is anticipated to have presentations on the experiences of Europe, USA, Asia Pacific and Latin America on regulating IP-based services.
