LICENSING IN THE ERA OF CONVERGENCE
The theme of the forum is aligned to the theme for the Global Symposium for
Regulators (GSR). For this reason, the
African Regulators’ Forum will play a vital role in preparing Africa’s inputs to
the GSR. Apart from discussing the regulatory status of the region, the Forum
will also prepare a Regional Action Plan 2004-2005 to enhance regulatory
activities in Africa.
