Parts of the Act were promulgated in 2001. Full promulgation in 2004.
1991 Act No. 40
Provides for the establishment and incorporation of the Trinidad and Tobago Telecommunications Authority and for the regulation of telecommunication services. Amendments to the Act will be enacted by the end of 1998 to implement the completed policy document.
