Questionnaire on Question 20/1 - Access to telecommunication services for people with disabilities

Dear Sir/Madam,
The ITU-D Study Group 1, during its meeting held in Geneva from 18 to 21 September 2007, decided to send the attached questionnaire to all the Member States and Sector Members in order to collect appropriate information on the topics to be covered in the study of Question 20/1.
