The Exhibition Catalogue, containing full
exhibitor details, will be produced in print and
electronic versions – and exhibitors should note
that this is the
only official catalogue authorized
by the ITU.
The printed Exhibition
Catalogue will contain
complete exhibitor data, and will be
distributed free of charge to all registered
exhibitors, forum delegates, VIPs, press and
visitors at the event.
For each exhibitor the Catalogue includes a company profile
and a
products and services index. Exhibitors
can also enhance their company entries by
including
extra editorial, company logos and advertisements.
The Exhibition Catalogue website –
http://www.itu.int/asia2002/ExhibitionCatalogue
– containing full exhibitor details will be
launched in October 2002, and will be continually
updated until the end of December. As part of the
prestigious and widely accessed ITU TELECOM
website it will be maintained for at least six
months after the end of the event.
A separate pocket-sized Floor Plan will
also be distributed free of charge to all
attendees. The floor plan will be the
indispensable pocket reference guide to the event.
Exclusive sponsorship includes company logo on
back cover and inside pages, highlighting of
sponsor’s stand, and sponsor’s welcome
message.
Advertising and sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come first-served basis in the
printed Exhibition Catalogue and Floor Plan as well as on the
Exhibition Catalogue website. Exhibitors also have the option of sponsoring a CD-Rom version of the Exhibition Catalogue.
