Opening Ceremony

VIP Lounge
Sponsor the VIP Lounge and mingle with the Ministers, Directors-General, Regulators, Ambassadors, Forum speakers and delegates, CEOs of operators and exhibitors. This restricted access lounge will be open during the entire event, comfortably furnished, have a cash bar and staffed reception.

Shuttle bus

Services
The aim of the Event ICT (Information & Communication Technologies)
Services (EIS) project is to provide Telecommunication infrastructure (fixed and mobile telephony, voice/fax, data and video transmissions) in collaboration with Telecommunication Operators, Mobile operators and ISP’s.
This project provides sponsors with an excellent opportunity to demonstrate new products and technologies by using these services as a technological showcase. Network Services for Exhibitors and
ITU
Sponsor the on-site LAN/WAN networks and new generation mobile and IT services to provide connectivity as follows:
- For an Event Network for Exhibitors: Network connectivity offered to exhibitors by the Sponsor on a commercial basis and including Internet access and inter-stand communications;
- For an ITU Network which would be separated and provide network connectivity infrastructure for ITU staff and the Event registration system.

Wireless Network
Services
The aim of the Wireless Network Services (WNS) project is to provide Wireless Internet connectivity to the event participants (VIPs, Forum participants, Journalists, and Trade Visitors) who bring their laptops or wireless WI-FI compatible devices to the event. Provision of ICT services to exhibitors will generate income for the sponsor.
The WNS project offers in itself high visibility to the sponsor. These include the advantages of being able to demonstrate technical competence, promoting new products and technologies, and demonstrating valued added services in real situations. Information Kiosks
ITU TELECOM will set up a multi-channel
information platform, consisting of clusters of PCs
to provide a variety of value-added services, such
as event-related information, access to e-mail and
the Internet, and mobile services, which would be
available throughout the Venue called TELECOM
Information Kiosks (TIKs), and free-of -charge to
event participants.
The TIKs project in itself offers
very high visibility to the companies involved
through demonstration of technical competence,
promotion of new products and technologies, and
demonstration of valued-added services. In addition
