• All authors are notified if they have been selected or not or been included in the Waiting List by the end of February 2004.

• You may be invited to participate in one of the following roles:

  • Keynote Speaker

  • Speaker

  • Panellist

  • Roundtable/Workshop Participant

  • Chairman or Moderator

• Selected Authors may be invited to:

  • present their paper in a Paper presentation Session;

  • present their paper as a background contribution to a Panel or a Roundtable Session;

  • debate on a Panel, a Roundtable Session or a Workshop Session;

  • submit a full manuscript for the Forum proceedings.

Please note: Only an invitation to act as a keynote speaker or speaker will permit a standard presentation of a full paper.

• However all Forum selected participants will be invited to submit a full manuscript to be published in the Forum proceedings on CD-Rom and on the Form Web-site open to all Forum delegates, Forum participants and the Press.

• This manuscript (5000-6000 words) should be submitted in electronic format.

• Guidelines for selected Authors regarding the submission of Final Manuscripts will be available on this web site as of March 2004.

• Deadline for receipt of Final Manuscripts for inclusion in Forum Proceedings: 30 April 2004.
