Broadcast Stations	Hired by an Exhibitor	Freelance
Return the accreditation form together with an official letter from the broadcast station confirming you will be covering AFRICA 2001 on its behalf.	The exhibiting company will register you as Exhibitor Personnel and issue the necessary passes.	The ITU will only accredit freelancers officially mandated by a broadcast station. Register yourself as a visitor should you wish to attend the Exhibition but are not eligible for ITU media accreditation.

Technical Support Crew accreditation

Broadcast Stations	Hired by an Exhibitor	Freelance
Names of all team members should be listed on the official letter of support and the accreditation form.	The exhibiting company will register you as Exhibitor Personnel and issue the necessary passes.	Those of you not accompanying an accredited journalist can attend the Exhibition from 12 November as visitors.

TV / Radio / Film Production Companies: Access prior to the event

The ITU TELECOM Press Service will provide you with the necessary passes.	The exhibiting company will provide you with the necessary passes.	The ITU TELECOM Press Service will provide only ITU accredited media with the necessary passes.

No restrictions.

Press badges can be collected from the Accreditation Desk as of Friday, 9 November 2001.

Prior written permission must be obtained from other stands/individuals before filming.

Prior authorization to film must also be sought from the Deputy Executive Manager of ITU TELECOM.

The exhibiting company should provide you with the necessary badge.

No restrictions for ITU accredited media. For all other freelancers:

Visitor Registration will provide you with a pass to access the Exhibition only.

Photographer accreditation

Publications	Hired by an Exhibitor	Freelance
Return the accreditation form together with an official letter of support from the Editor of the publication for which coverage will be made. If accompanying a journalist, ensure your name is also listed on the media accreditation form and letter of support.	The exhibiting company will register you as Exhibitor Personnel and issue the necessary passes.	Freelance photographers should submit a copy of their international / national press card or an official letter of support from the Editor of the publication for which coverage will be made. Those not accredited with the ITU can attend the Exhibition from 12 November as visitors.

Photographers: Access prior to the event
