The Official Exhibition Catalogue Services Provider, Telemates, will provide comprehensive exhibitor details in both print and electronic formats at ITU TELECOM AFRICA 2001. These are the ONLY official catalogue products authorised by the ITU and 25,000 copies of the printed Exhibition Catalogue and Floor Plan will be distributed free of charge to all participants at the event. 

The printed EXHIBITION CATALOGUE will contain complete exhibitor data including company profiles and a products and services index. A separate pocket-sized FLOOR PLAN will provide the vital visual guide to the event for all exhibition visitors.  

Full exhibitor details will also be included on the EXHIBITION CATALOGUE WEB SITE which will be launched in September 2001 and continually updated until the end of November 2001. The Exhibition Catalogue Web Site (http://www.itu.int/africa2001/ExhibitionCatalogue) will be part of the prestigious and widely accessed ITU TELECOM Web Site and will be maintained for at least six months after the end of the event.

Exhibition Catalogue Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities 

A range of advertising and sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come first-served basis in the printed Exhibition Catalogue and Floor Plan as well as on the Exhibition Catalogue Web Site. These include enhanced editorial entries, advertisements in the printed Catalogue, exclusive sponsorship of the Floor Plan, sponsorship of the Catalogue Web Site home page as well as banner advertising on exhibitor profiles.

The printed Exhibition Catalogue is not only used by participants on each day of ITU TELECOM AFRICA 2001 but is also kept as a key reference source for many months after the event. The Exhibition Catalogue Web Site is accessed particularly heavily in the weeks before the event by visitors planning their participation.
